Download version 1.0d94

Big change to include a playback window, currently documentation for this is a PDF file in the download disk image. Hopefully I will be adding online documentation shortly.

The main reason for this change is to allow much improved usability during playback.

If you have the BCF2000 midi bank, full support for downloading configuration to it via MIDI SysEx messages has been included.

Also removed a few things that were duplicated in the playback window.
