Hardware Manager

The hardware manager will keep track of all the interfaces connected to the machine. This will include the necessary features to connect manage the hardware, including managing the loading of configuration files where a different set of interfaces have been used (i.e. mapping the relevant dmx universes to physically different hardware interfaces).
